Ready to Book Your Stay in Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas?  Just call or email me & I will email you a contract!  When you contact me, it would be helpful to know:

• The dates you would like to stay
• The number of adults and children in your party, and
• If you are bringing your dog(s)!

Once I have this information, I will complete a contract and email it to you.  When you received the contract you will need to print it out, complete and sign it and return it with your $300 refundable deposit!  Your dates will be reserved for you for 5 days until the deposit and contract are received!

Half of the  balance will be due 60 days (120 for rentals of 2 weeks or more) prior to your check-in date and the final balance is due 30 days (60 days for rentals of 2 weeks or more).  Before you leave I will email you with the codes to get into Barrier Dunes & our lock box on your Barrier Dunes vacation rental as well as directions from Port St. Joe to Cape San Blas & directly to Barrier Dunes & your rental!  That's all there is to it!

We really enjoyed our vacation.  Every time I thought I needed something it was there.  So many thoughtful additions that other vacation rentals don't have.  We are already talking about going back!
