READY TO BOOK YOUR CAPE SAN BLAS, FL VACATION?:
Once you call or e-mail me with a request to reserve a date, I email a contract to you. The signed contract and a $300 deposit
(which converts to a fully refundable damage deposit) are due within 5 days to
secure your reservation. Half of the rental balance is due 60 days from your check-in date (120 for rentals of 2 weeks or more) and the remaining half is due 30 days (60 for rentals of 2 weeks or more) before your check-in date.
No need to worry about your arrival time, we have a lock boxes on all of our Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals in Barrier Dunes! Just prior to your check-in date I will e-mail you directions from Port St. Joe, Apalachicola or Tallahassee to Cape San Blas, Florida & Barrier Dunes, as well as codes for the Barrier Dunes gate & the lock box at the condo.
If you have questions about Cape San Blas, Florida, the surrounding area, Barrier Dunes or our condos, I am happy to answer them, either before or after booking, right through your vacation! I would like for your vacation to start before you get to Cape San Blas & be relaxing throughout!

Miscellaneous Contract Information:
Check-in time is 4 pm EST and check-out time is 10 am EST.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for the duration of the contract.
CANCELLATIONS:
Once we receive your deposit, we block all other perspective renters from renting the Barrier Dunes vacation rental that you choose for the dates you have reserved. Please don't request a contract unless you are ready to reserve the dates and all the people in your party are ready to commit.
- Any cancellation of the rental contract must be made at the earliest opportunity to allow the owners to rent the unit to someone else and to maximize the refund of deposits and rental fees to you.
- If you cancel, the $300 reservation deposit is not refundable.
- Cancellations between 30 and 60 days (60 and 120 days for rentals of 2 weeks or more) will forfeit one half of the rental payment in addition to the deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days (60 days for rentals of 2 weeks or more) will forfeitthe entire rental payment and deposit.
- EXCEPTION: If the unit is re-rented for the same time period and the same rent amount, the full rent, less a $100 administrative fee will be refunded. If the unit is re-rented for a lesser amount, the difference between the two rental amounts and less a $100 administrative fee will be the refunded amount. The minimum cancellation fee is the $300 deposit and a $100 administrative fee if we are able to re-book.
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- We will make every effort to re-rent the Vacation Rental in Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas, FL. The sooner we are notified of a cancellation, the better chance we have of maximizing your refund!

There is no smoking inside any of our Cape San Blas vacation rentals. Smoking is only permitted on one of the porches with all the sliding doors and windows closed. Smoking inside will result in the loss of your deposit!
